Fall Fun

So yes once again I am a big slacker and have not blogged forever. This fall has been supper busy with Kyle and I each having a tag on Diamond mountain, Kyle had a archery elk tag and I had a muzzleloader deer tag so all summer and fall we spent on the mountain with family and friends scouting and hunting. Now we are home for the winter and can get back on track and on a normal schedule, I do think my kids would much rather be on the mountian though. We had so much fun being able to lay back and relax the kids were able to have fun and pretty much do what they wanted without getting in trouble. I did not care how dirty they got and just let them go wild, it was much easlier to do it that way than to wash them every ten minutes, on the other had when there grandmas were there they were not so layed back they teased that I should clean them up more and not let them get so discusting. I was just there to relax and not yell all day long. I am glad we are home now and can get back to normal but I will miss being able to lay back and not have to worry about house work and cooking dinner, and my boys will miss being able to get dirty and hang out with friends and family all day. I forgot to mention that all of Parkers owies did not come from me he just had one bad week while we were up there. The black eye happend when he went running to Bryckmens camper and fell and hit his eye on their stairs, the black toe he dropped a rock out of his jeep, he also fell out of the back of Uncle Mikes rhino it was a pretty bad week but just being able to go to the mountain made up for it, him and Kamdyn love it up there and ask when we are going back. Even though we were up there forever and spent way to much money it was a blast being able to make memories with family and friends I hope we can do it again for many years to come.

Family Pictures

Yes more family pictures. Ashley and I decided that we needed to get some of all four boys together since it had been a year since the last one's, then we figured we might as well just get some of all of us, and yes are husbands were so excited that Kyle has informed me it will be a long time before we get anymore. So just to update everyone with what has been going on in our busy lifes. It seems like I hardly ever have enough time to get on here and update but I am looking forward to winter when I might be able to blog more than once a month. Parker is in itty bitty ball which is a blast he is at such a fun age he is getting a little more out going and loves learning how to play a couple of different sports. So with that taking up two of our nights then we have coed softball at least one night a week and then we also spend a lot of time on the mountain since hunting season is right around the corner.
My boys love the mountain so I am actually getting excited to be up there, it seems like it gives me a little more time to sit back and relax because I am not listening to kids fighting or trying to think of something to entertain them, and I dont care if they get dirty so they see how big of messes they can make. Just to finish up I truly feel blessed to have the family I have, it seems like we always have something going on to keep us busy and enjoying life. I love my boys they keep me laughing, even if they are throwing fits. And don't forget Kyle I am so blessed to have him in my life even if I feel like I am yelling at him more than my kids, he even tells me I act like his mom but I guess sometimes that is what I am here for, but I do appriciate him and all that he does for us and how hard he works so I can enjoy being a mother.

Lake Powell

So once again I have been a total slacker and have not blogged forever so I will let you know a little of what we have been up the the last couple of months. First of all we had a blast going to Lake Powell in July. My boys loved it down there and the water is so warm that they actually love to jump in and swim it is so fun to watch them play in the water and not be scared. We also toured a lot of places that Kyle and I either took turns going on the hikes or both of us just sat in the boat with the boys and waited for the others. It was way fun and we are excited that we were able to go. And for my excuse of not being able to blog for a while is that we have just been busy with summer it seems that we are always gone to the ball park, the mountain or just hanging out with family and friends enjoying the warm weather. The boys keep us buisy wanting to play outside in the water they love being outside and are always wanting to be doing something they are a blast but will never just let us realax we have to spend are time making messes and playing.
